Hi, I'm Rachita.
My journey in product is one of bridging worlds. I started in private equity in India, actively investing in growth-stage companies in one of the fastest-moving emerging markets. I sat across the table from founders, asking the hard questions of what to build next and how to scale.
Then I switched sides. Now I'm the one building - as a PM on PayPal's checkout team, a surface that moves about a third of PayPal's total payment volume. On the side, I'm the founding PM at a voice AI startup, and I build AI products to solve my own problems.
The investing years trained me to think in bets. Product taught me the only way to validate one is to ship it.

Checkout at scale
PayPal's branded checkout sits across 35M+ merchants and 400M+ consumers - about a third of PayPal's total payment volume. I shipped App Switch, PayPal's first native mobile checkout, from zero to GA. You tap Pay with PayPal on a merchant's app, authenticate in the PayPal app, and land back - transaction complete in fewer taps, no OTP needed.
Here's what it looks like - someone ordering pizza on DoorDash, paying with PayPal.

Voice AI for qualitative research
TruthSeek builds voice AI agents that run qualitative research interviews at a scale and speed that traditional agencies can't match. I'm the founding PM - I designed the interview agent, built an eval framework to measure follow-up quality, and ran live studies with CPG clients end to end.

No period tracking app lets you talk to your own data. I built Lunar as a personal project: cycle tracking, symptom logging, lab report uploads, and an AI chat that gives me answers based on all my health history.
